Leah Buchman: I am a Wife, Mother, and Christian. I stay at home with my three year old, and infant twins. I run a daycare and and an expanding business from my home. I am organized and love routine. I am challenged everyday to maintain a good balance between daily life, family, and faith. I love cooking and coming up with healthy food for my family. We try not to eat many carbs and keep sugar out of our diet. I love coming up with new recipes and fun healthy meal ideas.
